Earl Thode named the first ever "All Around Cowboy" in 1929 as the Rodeo Cowboys Association, RCA, came to be organized.
Robert Anderson Crosby, Bob, also known affectionately as "Wild Horse Bob". Bob was well known for his roping and horsemanship.
We show him with his "Roosevelt Trophy" which he won and retired and he's wearing his trademark "lucky hat". Bob was a member of the rodeo organization forerunner "Cowboy Turtle Association" or "CTA".
